Notd: Cracking Flowers

Je hebt het inderdaad goed gezien. Vandaag twee nieuwe artikelen! Ik heb namelijk ook nog een leuke nailart die ik jullie wil laten zien! Bovenstaande foto laten alle lakjes zien die ik gebruikt heb, zoals je kunt zien heb ik een mix van goedkope lakjes (essence, la femme beauty) met wat duurdere lakjes (teeez/China Glaze) gebruikt. De lakjes van links naar rechts: La Rosa - Million Dollar Red (cracklak), La Femme Beauty - Ultra Gold, W7 - Shocking Crackle, TEEEZ - Cool, China Glaze - Tree Hugger en Essence - Back to Paradise (LE).

Yes you're seeing it right, a second post today! I wanted to show you this nailart too. On above picture you can see all the polishes I used for this nailart, you can see I used cheap polishes (Essence/La femme beauty) and more expensive polishes (TEEEZ/China Glaze). The polishes from left to right: La Rosa - Million Dollar Red (crackpolish), La Femme Beauty - Ultra Gold, W7 - Shocking Crackle, TEEEZ - Cool, China Glaze - Tree Hugger and Essence - Back to Paradise (LE).

 

Als eerste gaan alle credits naar Shannara van Nails and Stuff. Het idee van bloemen mbv cracklakjes komt bij haar vandaan. Ik heb de nailart wel op mijn eigen manier gemaakt en er mijn eigen draai aan gegeven. Als basislak heb ik Teeez - Cool gebruikt, echt een prachtig blauw holo lakje. Hierna heb ik met Million Dollar Red (rode crack) bloemblaadjes gemaakt, de lak barst open waardoor het een apart effect geeft. Toen heb ik de gele stipjes in het midden gezet.

I'm gonna start this nailart with giving all the credits to Shannara from Nails and Stuff. She is the one who came up with the idea of using crackpolishes to create flowers. Ofcourse I gave this nailart my own twist but it's inspired on her idea. For my basecolour I used Teeez - Cool, a lovely blue holo polish. Up next I made the flower petals with Million Dollar Red (red crack) it's a very funny effect with the crackpolish. After that I made the yellow dots in the center of the flower.

 Op dat moment had ik dus eigenlijk de rode blaadjes en het gele stipje. Ik vond de bloemen er wat zielig uitzien en besloot een andere kleur crack erbij te pakken en nogmaals blaadjes te maken. Dit heb ik gedaan met w7 - Shocking Crackle (roze crack), zo zijn de bloemen ontstaan. Vervolgens heb ik blaadjes gemaakt met China Glaze - Tree Hugger. De blaadjes heb ik met Back to paradise een nerf gegeven. De nailart is vrij simpel en snel klaar, je hebt eigenlijk geen kwastjes nodig want de bloemblaadjes kun je met het kwastje uit het potje maken!

At that moment I just had the red petals with the yellow dot. I thought they looked a little bit sad so I decided to add another colour of crack and make more petals. I did this with W7 - Shocking Crackle (pink crack), so this is how the flowers are made, I made them with the brush from the polish itself so you don't need a seperate brush or something. Up next I made the loose petals with Tree Hugger, I gave them a grain with Back to Paradise. So this nailart is quite easy and quick to make!
